Ingredients: Croissant Mayo (your pref.) Olive Tapenade Salmon (cooked filet or possibly canned) Muenster Cheese Fresh Spinach Leaves Baby Bella Mushroom (or reg.) Quartered Grape Tomatoes 1. Preheat oven to about 350 degrees 2. Spread mayo on inside of top and bottom of Croissant and add Olive Tapenade to top. 3. layer Cooked Salmon Filet, Muenster Cheese, Spinach, and Mushroom on bottom. 4. Cut Tomatoes into quarters and spread them on top. 5. Warm in oven till warmed completely through
